The Wi-Pod Replacement pods are designed for thick oil (CBD / THC) and are fitted with a 1.4-ohm ceramic coil.

Filling Instructions:

Pinch the silicone tab and pull gently to remove the tab from the fill port. It will stay connected to the pod.
Heat a pre-filled syringe of distillate oil. (Oil & syringe not included. If the oil syringe is glass, it can be heated with a hairdryer, heat gun, torch or lighter. If plastic, follow the recommendations of the store where you purchased the oil.) Heat the liquid until it is thin and runny in the syringe-like water until the contents move freely. Be careful to not overheat/burn your oil.
Tilt the Wi-pod pod so that the fill port is up on top. Carefully insert the syringe tip into the fill port.
Gently plunge the syringe to fill the Wi-Pod pod with up to 1.0mL of oil.
Remove the syringe from the Wi-Pod.
Close silicone tab on the pod. Make sure the tab is completely closed and flush, but be careful not to push the silicone tab into the pod.
Let pod sit upright for 5 minutes so that the ceramic coil can wick the oil. The oil will thicken, cool and return back to its original viscosity.
Line up the pins and insert the pod into your Wi-Pod
For the first time after filling, take 5-7 very small gentle puffs to prime the coil until vapour becomes visible to ensure you do not burn the coil.

Notes:

Keep away from direct sunlight, high temperatures or moist and excessively cold environment.
Remove the pod before charging your device.
Do not overfill the pod.
Please dispose of pods properly.

When Will My Wi-Pod Replacement Pods Be Shipped?

This is a common question asked by our customers, providing your order is placed before 5PM (17:00) Monday to Friday it will be picked, packed and dispatched that same working day. Due to collection timings with Royal Mail we are very strict with this cut off time to ensure the prompt dispatch of other customers orders.

When Will My Order Arrive:

All our orders are dispatched with Royal Mail or DHL unless we have contacted you to say otherwise. Royal Mail 24 and 24 Tracked services are used for orders to the United Kingdom and should arrive the next working day, however please allow 1-5 working days as these are the contractual timeframes before we can deem an item lost in transit.

Returns Policy:

With any products purchased from E Liquids UK, you have up to 14 days to return any unwanted products providing they are unopened, undamaged and unused as provided in our terms of sale. All unwanted products are to be returned by our automated returns process.

We do not provide returns on opened e-liquid bottles unless under very specific circumstances. This choice is made at the companies discretion.

Faulty or defective products are subject to our warranty terms, please see below.

Hardware:
All of our vaping hardware is covered under a strict 3 month warranty in which any product which is affected by manufacturer defects or is not working correctly will be swapped or refunded immediately. These swaps are like for like and will be for the same product or something of similar value. You can pay the extra to upgrade your product providing the warranty covers the issue in hand. Any device that has been damaged or shows clear signs of damage will not be covered by our warranty.

E-Liquids:
None of our E-Liquid can be returned if they have been opened or the tamper seal is cracked for health and safety reasons. However, you can return unwanted e-liquids with a valid proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase and a store credit or refund will be given.
