All orders placed before 5 pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DHL Next Day Delivery Services. This includes our Free Shipping option when you spend over £40. Any order received after 5 pm on Friday will not be shipped until the next available working day, as shipping is not available over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday)

Shipping services are unavailable on a bank holiday/ national holiday, and any orders received during this time will be shipped on the first available working day.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Monday to Friday – £4.99 – Aims to deliver your order within 1-2 working days.

Royal Mail Special Delivery – Monday to Thursday – £10.99 – Guaranteed delivery before 1 pm the following working day

Royal Mail Saturday Special – Friday Only- £11.99 – Order must be placed before 4 pm the Friday before. Guaranteed Saturday delivery before 1 pm.

DHL Next Day – Monday to Friday – £6.99 – Orders must be placed before 2 pm – Aims to deliver your order within 1-2 working days.

DHL Saturday Delivery – Friday Only – £12.99 – Order must be placed before 1 pm the Friday before. Guaranteed Saturday delivery before 1 pm.

International Orders: International orders are dispatched using either a Royal Mail “International Tracked Service” or DHL International Express unless you have paid for upgraded shipping or we feel it’s better to send the order with DHL Express service.
