Whole Plant CBD
Whole plant products, utilise the entire spectrum of hemp compounds, making them rich in over 40 different cannabinoids, as well as essential terpenes, flavonoids, waxes and oils. Because of this they also may contain THC.
Full Spectrum CBD
Like wholeplant, full-spectrum products contain a full range of cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids, but without the waxes, oils and additional fibrous substances. Likewise, they can also contain THC.
Broad Spectrum CBD
Products that are broad-spectrum retain the additional cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids in full-spectrum, whilst removing THC, making it the safest choice for CBD users. We recognise the value of the hemp plant’s equilibrium and your safety, which is why all of our CBD oils are broad spectrum.
CBD Isolate
A CBD isolate, as the name suggests, is 99.9% pure CBD. During the extraction process, everything else in the plant matter is removed, including additional cannabinoids, terpenes, waxes and oils. This works best in CBD topicals, where other organic oils support the CBD.

When Will My CBD Oral Drops by Vitality CBD Be Shipped?
This is a common question asked by our customers, providing your order is placed before 5PM (17:00) Monday to Friday it will be picked, packed and dispatched that same working day. Due to collection timings with Royal Mail we are very strict with this cut off time to ensure the prompt dispatch of other customers orders.
When Will My Order Arrive:
All our orders are dispatched with Royal Mail or DHL unless we have contacted you to say otherwise. Royal Mail 24 and 24 Tracked services are used for orders to the United Kingdom and should arrive the next working day, however please allow 1-5 working days as these are the contractual timeframes before we can deem an item lost in transit.
Returns Policy:
With any products purchased from E Liquids UK, you have up to 14 days to return any unwanted products providing they are unopened, undamaged and unused as provided in our terms of sale. All unwanted products are to be returned by our automated returns process.
We do not provide returns on opened e-liquid bottles unless under very specific circumstances. This choice is made at the companies discretion.

Warranty Terms:
Hardware:
All of our vaping hardware is covered under a strict 3 month warranty in which any product which is affected by manufacturer defects or is not working correctly will be swapped or refunded immediately. These swaps are like for like and will be for the same product or something of similar value. You can pay the extra to upgrade your product providing the warranty covers the issue in hand. Any device that has been damaged or shows clear signs of damage will not be covered by our warranty.
E-Liquids:
None of our E-Liquids, Nic Salts or Nicotine Pouches can be returned if they have been opened or the tamper seal is cracked for health and safety reasons. However, you can return unwanted e-liquids with a valid proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase and a store credit or refund will be given.
