The best way to take our Hemp+ CBD oil is sublingually (under the tongue) where it can pass directly into the bloodstream.
Initial Dosage:
A full dropper will dispense approximately 1ml (20 drops) of oil which provides 50mg of CBD. 2.5mg of CBD per drop!
Adjusting Your Dosage:
As the effects of CBD can vary from individual to individual, we suggest you experiment to find the best dose for you. Increase your dose by 2 drops at a time until you find what works best for you. We recommend keeping a detailed journal of your progress.
