This results in an average reduction of 90%-95% in the levels of toxicity and harmful substances found in tobacco IQOS vapour compared to smoke from a cigarette. On top of that, the IQOS has no ash, no smoke, and of course significantly less smell.
Because it’s not LIT tobacco, it also avoids the smoking ban and can be used indoors (where permitted). Therefore moving to IQOS is a much better choice than smoking
This new heat not burn technology heats the mini tobacco sticks (called Heets) but doesn’t actually burn them – so in comparison to a conventional cigarette which burns at 800 degrees, the IQOS heats the tobacco to 350 degrees and instead produces a smoke vapour rather than traditional smoke.

How to Return:
In-Store – Take your item to an official UK IQOS store with your order confirmation or invoice and the card used to make the purchase.
By Post – Contact IQOS Care to arrange your return. Complete the return sections of your delivery note and include it in your parcel, attaching the pre-paid Royal Mail Returns postage label provided. Please obtain a receipt as proof of postage.
Collect+ – Contact IQOS Care to arrange your return. Complete the returns section of the delivery note and include it in your parcel, attaching the pre-paid Collect+ Returns postage label provided. You can find your nearest drop point by visiting the Collect+ website.

Shipping, Delivery & Returns
When Will My IQOS Originals Duo Kit Be Shipped?
This is a common question asked by our customers, providing your order is placed before 5PM (17:00) Monday to Friday it will be picked, packed and dispatched that same working day. Due to collection timings with Royal Mail we are very strict with this cut off time to ensure the prompt dispatch of other customers orders.
When Will My Order Arrive:
All our orders are dispatched with Royal Mail or DHL unless we have contacted you to say otherwise. Royal Mail 24 and 24 Tracked services are used for orders to the United Kingdom and should arrive the next working day, however please allow 1-5 working days as these are the contractual timeframes before we can deem an item lost in transit.
Returns Policy:
With any products purchased from E Liquids UK, you have up to 14 days to return any unwanted products providing they are unopened, undamaged and unused as provided in our terms of sale. All unwanted products are to be returned by our automated returns process.
We do not provide returns on opened e-liquid bottles unless under very specific circumstances. This choice is made at the companies discretion.

All of our vaping hardware is covered under a strict 3 month warranty in which any product which is affected by manufacturer defects or is not working correctly will be swapped or refunded immediately. These swaps are like for like and will be for the same product or something of similar value. You can pay the extra to upgrade your product providing the warranty covers the issue in hand. Any device that has been damaged or shows clear signs of damage will not be covered by our warranty.
