We have tried and tested our flavours with the Harmony range and use the same great formulation in our single-use cartridges. The Harmony CBD Pen is the best option for people wanting to get started in the world of CBD vaporization in a simple and affordable way.

Each disposable 1ml cartridge contains 100mg of CBD (10% concentration) delivering up to 400 puffs. The fully charged battery lasts as many as 500 puffs in a single charge. The battery is a rechargeable lithium cell, recharging approximately 500 times.

Getting Started:
1. Screw the cartridge OG Kush CBD / Mint CBD (sold separately) onto the battery
2. Draw breath through the mouthpiece
3. The tip of the Harmony Pen glows: this indicates your pen has enough charge to vaporize

Charging Instructions:
1. Unscrew the cartridge from the battery
2. Screw the battery clockwise onto the USB charger included (do not over tighten).
3. Plug the USB charger into a USB Port or a USB AC adaptor.
4. While charging, the USB light will turn red and the tip of the battery will glow.
5. Once a full charge has been reached, the light on the USB will turn green and the tip of the battery will no longer glow. This may take several hours.
6. Do not inhale too fast or too often: overheating the cartridge may cause the coil to burn and impair the flavour

We do not recommend using the Harmony CBD Pen with cartridges from other brands or old cartridges that have been manually refilled, to avoid leaking and bad taste, However, these do fit unconventional cartridges.

When Will My Harmony CBD Vape Pen Be Shipped?

This is a common question asked by our customers, providing your order is placed before 5PM (17:00) Monday to Friday it will be picked, packed and dispatched that same working day. Due to collection timings with Royal Mail we are very strict with this cut off time to ensure the prompt dispatch of other customers orders.

When Will My Order Arrive:

All our orders are dispatched with Royal Mail or DHL unless we have contacted you to say otherwise. Royal Mail 24 and 24 Tracked services are used for orders to the United Kingdom and should arrive the next working day, however please allow 1-5 working days as these are the contractual timeframes before we can deem an item lost in transit.

Returns Policy:

With any products purchased from E Liquids UK, you have up to 14 days to return any unwanted products providing they are unopened, undamaged and unused as provided in our terms of sale. All unwanted products are to be returned by our automated returns process.

We do not provide returns on opened e-liquid bottles unless under very specific circumstances. This choice is made at the companies discretion.

Faulty or defective products are subject to our warranty terms, please see below.

Warranty Terms:

Hardware:
All of our vaping hardware is covered under a strict 3 month warranty in which any product which is affected by manufacturer defects or is not working correctly will be swapped or refunded immediately. These swaps are like for like and will be for the same product or something of similar value. You can pay the extra to upgrade your product providing the warranty covers the issue in hand. Any device that has been damaged or shows clear signs of damage will not be covered by our warranty.

E-Liquids:
None of our E-Liquid can be returned if they have been opened or the tamper seal is cracked for health and safety reasons. However, you can return unwanted e-liquids with a valid proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase and a store credit or refund will be given.
